After being on the market for less than 6 months, it looks like No. 413 West 148th Street was sold back in December based on public records. The 2-family, 20 foot wide, 4,760 square foot brownstone in the Sugar Hill section of West Harlem was originally asking for $1.7 million and the final selling price landed at $1.12 million. This townhouse looks like one of the ones with a lot of original details but maybe might have needed some major upgrades in the infrastructure. Another house in the area at 410 Convent Avenue (which is less than a block west) just sold for $1.4 million even though it was only 16 foot wide:
LINK. The higher selling neighborhood building looks like it might have had all the upgrades made already but that's still quite a difference in final sale prices between the two.
