Saturday, April 8th, East Harlem Art Walking Tour, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, El Museo del Barrio, 1230 Fifth Avenue at 104th. El Barrio Today Arts Cluster invites you to come explore East Harlem. Highlights include the Graffiti Wall of Fame, Julia de Burgos Boulevard, local murals and much more. All tours leave from El Museo's lobby. FREE admission but RSVP required: LINK

Saturday, April 9th, Flyin' West at HSA, 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM, 647 St. Nicholas Avenue.  The Harlem School of the Arts Theater department presents Pearl Cleage’s Flyin’ West. The six show production will run from Saturday, April 9th through Saturday, April 16th. Set in 1898 Nicodemus, Kansas, Flyin’ West follows the lives of African-American homesteaders in the American West. Immersed in a rapidly changing landscape, the play explores topics of family, liberation and gender roles. Tickets are $12 in advance, and $15 at the door. Sunday, April 10th, 33rd Annual English Handbell Festival,  4:00 PM, at the Riverside Church Nave, 490 Riverside Drive, between 120th & 122nd. One hundred handbell ringers from New York, Virginia and Massachusetts will descend upon historic Riverside Church to toll handbells of varying sizes for a magnificent concert, filling its soaring halls with harmony and melody. The event will also feature recitals on Riverside’s world famous carillon and its 206-rank Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ, the second largest instrument in New York City with over 12,000 pipes: LINK
