☞ DWELL: 133 West 122nd Townhouse

The house at 133 West 122nd Street (between Lenox and ACP) was first up on the market back in 2009 for the asking price of $2.89 million but was eventually pulled from the market about a year ago. This 17 foot wide Queen Anne townhouse has now returned with the price reduced at $2.395 million. Apparently fully restored by a notable architect, the five bedroom, five bath, 4,500 square foot townhouse has all the modern underpinnings with the original details intact on a dramatic block of intact buildings. Originally an SRO, the converted single family home has been fully renovated and is just around the corner from the Mount Morris Park Historic District, shops and express trains.  Will the the reduced price work this time around?

  1. Beautiful. Purple, but beautiful.

If I had a spare 2.4 mil sitting around I’d snap it up.
