The townhouse at 251 West 121st Street is another one of those interesting juxtapositions of new and old since a penthouse level was added on in the past couple of years. Looking at DOB permits, it appears that the brownstone located between St. Nicholas Avenue and ACP/7th Avenue was formerly an 8-unit SRO but was converted to a legal multi-family building a few years back. A quick online search for the address comes up with a few photos of the interior for the rental of the owner triplex which has modern, higher-end looking contemporary finishings and is going for $6,000 per month: LINK
