☞ DWELL: 105 West 122nd Sold in September

UPDATE: This does appear to be the highest selling house in Harlem in the past 3 years. The 19 foot wide, single-family house at 105 West 122nd Street that was on the market since April at an initial asking price of $3.25 million, was then lowered in June for $2.99 million and apparently closed on the deal according to public records just released.  Check out the interior and the final selling price after the jump.

This townhouse just adjacent to the Mount Morris Park Historic District is centrally located and also appears to have one of the most expensive gut renovations in the uptown townhouse market. Express trains are just a couple of blocks away and shopping is close by.  After the deal was finalized, this brownstone eventually sold for $2.85 million.

  1. Wow - is $2.85M a record price for a Harlem brownstone? I don't remember one hitting that price before, even in the boom years.
