☞ DWELL: 212 West 122nd Street Price Increase
Number 212 West 122nd Street has been on-and-off the market for few years with price chops until now. The alabaster colored townhouse with an elevator built inside is at a narrowish 15-foot-wide, apparently has 3 residential units in place, and an estimated 3,600 square foot total of space. About 3 years ago, the property first appeared on the market for $3.5 million, then was reduced to $2 million by late 2010. After a few more price cuts, this property seemed to be settled at the asking price of $1.75 million but has now been raised to $2.15 million just a couple of days ago. The interiors are renovated but much of the finishes appear on the average side. More photos of the interiors can be found at the broker site: LINK

Somebody needs their head examined! ASAP!
ReplyDeleteGreat location though. One of the nicest in Harlem.
ReplyDeleteJust read it has an elevator. Always wondered whether the value of having one of those in such a small building actually exceeds the cost.
