A renovated SRO in South Harlem has increased its asking price from $689k to $850K since it debuted on the market last fall. Number 239 West 120th Street is less than half a block away from the lower FDB corridor and apparently will be delivered vacant. They did major renovations to the building about 4 months ago, so perhaps that accounts for the price increase. It is a great location, so close to Bad Horse, Cedric, and all the activity of FDB!
