A gutted brownstone at 57 West 127th Street has arrived on the market for the asking price of $1.49 million. The 18-foot-wide building in Central Harlem currently has 3 floors but apparently there are plans included that could extend the property to six floors total. Reportedly all paperwork is in order for this development and a C of O is in place for the property just east of Fifth Avenue. Check out more photos and details on the listing site: LINK
