The other Harlem Restaurant month venue that has decent hours would be 67 Orange Street on FDB/8th Avenue just north 112th Street. The generous $20.12 prix fixe menu is available all night from Monday through Wednesdays and up to 7:30 PM later in the week. Not only does the deal include an 2 courses total, but one of the famous mixed cocktails are included with the set price.

I wouldn't really call popcorn or chips a "course." Though this still seems like a good deal.
