☞ DWELL: 2036 Fifth Avenue Brownstone

The newest townhouse up on the market in the past week has started things off with the high asking price of $3.99 million.  This single-family Central Harlem home at 2036 Fifth Avenue is the golden 20-foot-wide and is also located on one of the avenue's more historically intact blocks close to 125th Street.  Express trains on Lenox are just one Avenue over and so are the shops on upper and lower Lenox. Interiors seem to have one of the higher end renovations (with original details included) to be found uptown and this is probably the other reason for the initial asking price.  More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK

  1. This home is cavernous, glad it is preserved as a single family and hope they make the asking price.
