Tyler Miggins debuted his rack of antique clothing for the season on lower Lenox Avenue this past weekend. Mr. Miggins is known in the neighborhood as he local vintage vendor who sells his collection in front of Il Caffe Latte just north of West 119th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District. The roving rack of womenswear arrives every Sunday from noon to sundown for those who want to check it out.
