Papa Juan Cigar Room opened up earlier this year at the corner of 141st on Broadway and it appears to be a regular spot where one can purchase cigars, smoke and enjoy BYOB beverages. West Harlem does not have too many better establishments set up so having a fancy cigar shop is definitely a big leap for this part of town. There seems to be a built in market for this type of establishment but we personally do not know any cigar smokers so have not stopped by at this point. Has anyone checked it out?
I passed it the other day and stopped in my tracks. Didn't we have a Cigar spot in E. Harlem along Madison Ave & 118th St.?
