☞ DWELL: 430 Convent Avenue Reduced

Number 430 Convent Avenue was up on the market back in July asking for $2.375 million and now has been reduced to $2.2 million.  At 17-foot-wide, the 2-family home is not the biggest house on the block but does have a lot of oak woodwork intact that is apparently in good condition.  With that said, the kitchen and bath renovations do not look on par with the top selling houses over the $2 million mark since most of the aesthetics of the new additions look to be on the moderate side. As far as location is concerned, this townhouse is only a couple of blocks away from the subway station at 146th Street and is in the charming Hamilton Heights Historic District.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK
