We noticed more work being done at the Boulevard Bistro space over at 239 Lenox and it appears a lot of progress is at hand. New awnings with the eatery's signage have been placed out front in the past week and the windows have a new coat of paint on them. A
public notice for a liquor license was posted up in October for this corner of 122nd Street so this might be one of the new places to open sooner rather later.
