Number 213 West 139th Street within the Strivers Row Landmark District went into contract after being on the market for two weeks earlier in January and now has sold in a very quick deal. This 5-family building was listed at the end of 2012 for $1.1 million and apparently that was the right price for a quick sale. The McKim, Mead and White building appears to be broken up into rental units so it is unclear on what the interiors looks like currently. More details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
