Parsons School of Design alumnus with a BFA in fashion, who has worked in the menswear industry for several years. The empty lot facing the south corner of Morningside Park at 110th Street will no longer be empty in the coming months. A new condo development called 240 Manhattan Avenue broke ground last year and now the first floor is starting to rise. There will be a total of 22 floors altogether when the new construction finally finished so expect some major changes to the skyline for this section of South Harlem.
