The former home of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar at 30 West 120th Street sold for $2.5 million back in 2011, went on the market for $2.895 million in 2012 and it has now been sold to non other than celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson:

- marquee block
- directly on a great park
- low taxes
Show me that below 96th street and I will show you a $9 million price tag...
It's fabulous, and I'm happy to see that Chef Samuelsson was the buyer.
