☞ QUESTION: What's Up With Rice High School?

Rice High School closed down on lower Lenox back in 2011 and now it appears that new signs have taken over the building on the corner of 124th Street.  The former notable Catholic school now has signs draped over the facade that promotes enrollment for a major charter school founded uptown.  Harlem Village Academies Elementary may now be taking over from the look of things. This charter also just completed a new building a block away for middle and high school students so having the elementary here makes sense: LINK

Does anyone have any details on this development?
