☞ DWELL: Neil Patrick Harris in Central Harlem

The media has now revealed that Neil Patrick Harris and his partner purchased the record breaking townhouse in Central Harlem just north of 125th Street on Fifth Avenue.  This Hollywood couple will who split their time in New York and LA will apparently raise their family here also so a brownstone would make sense since Mr. Harris has rented in South Harlem for at least six years now.  Some information that has not been reported outside of the $3.6 million sale is that Ugo Rondinone will be Neil Patrick Harris' neighbor just a block up once the famous artist moves into the building that he purchased and is currently renovating: LINK

Another notable point about the Harris brownstone is that it belonged to the owners of Settepani on Lenox and the new sale will mark the highest price for a townhouse in Harlem since the recession hit.  Read more detail in the Daily News UK: LINK
