Another story in the news is that the Red Lobster on 125th Street between FDB and ACP will open on November 11th. There is also an interview with a former street vendor who laments about small local commercial retailers being priced out because of big chains. From what we can see, a vast majority of the small businesses on 125th Street are from folks who live or arrived from someplace else and not originally from Harlem in the first place.
