Number 2354 7th Avenue was the address of the original Red Rooster restaurant of Harlem but not much has been happening to this corner by Strivers Row in the past years. We had reported on restaurant permits active on this shop space by 138th Street back in 2010 but the space still lies dormant today. Today's Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard still lacks a lot of better restaurants but as retail space in South Harlem gets too expensive for small business owners, we expect commercial spaces further north to be opening more new businesses in the years to come.
