☞ DWELL: How Much for a Shell on Strivers Row?

An SRO shell on historic Strivers row had an initial asking price of $879K which appears to be a good deal for a fixer upper so how much did it finally go for?  Strivers Row was ranked at number 7 on our best Harlem blocks list for 2013 but 237 West 138th Street did not have a certificate of non harassment in place.  Apparently this did not matter since the townhouse which has its on garage in the back has now been sold for $1.3 million in an all cash transaction and will now be converted into a single family residence.   Check out the interior on Streeteasy: LINK
