After having been on the market for about a month, Number 2069 Fifth Avenue has a contract out based on the initial asking price of $3.4 million. The word must finally be out about Harlem for this multi-family home has some rather moderate renovations to the interior but is a couple of blocks away from actor Neil Patrick Harris' home.
