Number 360 West 118th Street by the Morningside Park Corridor has sold based on an asking price of $2.99 million. Once again the location is one of the best uptown but the interior renovations looked like someone had a lot of money in the 90s to make things modern inside. If the final sale goes over $3 million, then this will be another notable record for the area by Morningside Park.
