After being on the market for about a week, it appears that 67 West 130th Street across from the historic Astor Row Houses has a contract out based on an initial asking price of $1.2 million. This 5-unit building looks like it needs quite a bit of work like the others on the north side of the block located between Lenox and Fifth but has good bones. For a large 5-story building that is not an occupied SRO, $1.2 million seems to be on the lower side but apparently the listing implies that the units could go for market rate eventually:
