QUESTION: HOW MUCH FOR A BROWNSTONE LOT?

There are still quite few empty brownstone lots scattered throughout Harlem and some of them are finally going up for sale.  We have noticed more broker signs up on these abandoned sites recently and wondered how much they would actually go for.  The above photo is of West 127th Street by Lenox Avenue in Central Harlem but the only thing we could find online was a listing for a parcel of land by Morningside Park which is currently asking for $995K.  So based on this example in a prime location, interested buyers should expect to spend close to a million on an empty piece of land uptown: LINK
