ARCHITECTURE: THE 92 MORNINGSIDE FACADE

Most of the facade had been restored at 92 Morningside but we still have been waiting to see how the architects will finish the top off.  This residential building was abandoned for over a decade when a fire gutted the apartment complex and the large cornice was also eventually removed.  A developer finally purchased the property and has cleaned up the brickwork as can be seen in the most current photo.  This is a twin building and one can see the difference all of the work has made but the crown of the structure is still missing.  There now appears to be additional work starting at the roof of the building and we expect some dramatic additions to appear in the upcoming months based on this sketch previously posted: LINK

  1. There seems to be a lot of supply coming onto market in Harlem with new condos, etc.
Do people think that will lower prices?
