DWELL: 345 WEST 121ST TOWNHOUSE RECORD?

Number 345 West 121st Street has sold in the past few weeks based on the initial asking price which was set at $3.2 million and that would be a record for South Harlem.  Looking at the broker site for the this townhouse located a block away from Mornignside Park, we see found that the price was changed to $2.95 million which just might indicate a lower sale.  Last year, the record was set at $3 million for this part of Harlem adjacent to the Manhattan Avenue corridor but nothing has crossed that price point thus far as we can see: LINK
