MEET: FRIED AND TRUE AT GINNY'S SUPPER CLUB

Tuesday, June 24th, 7:00PM, A Celebration of Fried & True, an ode to Fried Chicken with Marcus Samuelsson's Supper Club, 310 Lenox Avenue. The evening will celebrate Lee Brian Schrager's debut of "Fried & True," a cookbook dedicated to fried chicken with over 50 recipes for the Southern-American staple. Marcus Samuelsson will be joined by Elizabeth Karmel of Hill Country Barbecue and Charles Gabriel of Charles' Country Pan Fried Chicken, serving family-style renditions of their best fried chicken dishes alongside corn salad and other traditional sides. For dessert, Ample Hills Creamery will have guests lining up for a build-your-own sundae bar with flavors like Sweet As Honey and Salted Crack Caramel.
