A popular local petition started this past spring had
Harlem residents requesting that Citibike expand further north in Manhattan but financing for the popular bike share program has stalled everything until now. Gothamist reports that new backers will basically put up some major cash and the Citibike expansion could become a reality. Uptown is mentioned within the recent article but it is unclear if any key spots in Harlem will selected once the new capital has been received:
