SEE: GETTING UP! EXHIBIT CLOSING AT MAISON D'ART

Sunday, August 24th, 5:00PM-8:00PM, Getting Up! Closing Fete and Garden Party at La Maison d'Art, Number 259 West 132nd Street just east of FDB/8th Avenue.  This Sunday is the last chance to see the graffiti exhibit at the garden gallery of Maison d'Art and attendees to the event can negotiate final pricing.  Also look out for the great book on graffiti in the 80s (shown above) which has many images from Harlem back in the day and only going for $20 for the hardcover!  Two Great MC's bringing Hip Hop to La Maison d'Art to close GETTING UP Graffiti Art Exhibit in style.  Music By DJ Poska/DJ Dj AKIL $10 Admission includes BBQ (Food & Drink) Open Mic and dance floor available for B Boys: LINK
