DWELL: PRICE INCREASE AT 2288 7TH AVENUE

Number 2288 7th Avenue first appeared on the market this past fall for an initial asking of $2.5 million but now has increased the price point to almost $3.2 million. We actually like this part of Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard but the immediate area is really not quite as happening as some other parts of Harlem but does have potential.  The townhouse is also chopped up into 4 units and is just shy of being 18-foot-wide.  There are some original details inside and the commercial space on the bottom floor could also generate more income but at this price point, the building would be comparable to the record sales of last year which seem to be in better condition.  More details on the broker site: LINK
