INTRODUCING: THE MALONEY BROTHERS OF SOL CACAO


Those shopping Sugar Hill Market this coming Sunday will be able to meet the three siblings who started up Harlem's only artisan chocolate company.  The Maloney brothers actually grew up on a farm in Trinidad but now work with organic cacao growers in Madagascar and Peru.  Sol Cacao pure chocolate only has two ingredients (cacao plus sugar) and the complex taste of the cacao really shines through in the artisan offering.  Support uptown has been great as of late and the new Sugar Hill Cafe on 145th Street now actually bakes some of the in house deserts using the local chocolate bars.   Make sure to drop by SHM on Sunday, March 29th to check out this unique local small business: LINK
