We pointed out last week that for all of the houses that have arrived on the market this spring, Number 16 Hamilton Terrace has all of the major points covered and the asking is only $2.35 million.  The latest news now is that in under 3 weeks times, the single-family home on a great landmark block that is close to the express train lines now has a contract out.  A lot of valuable original details are also intact within and the interior looks more renovated than some really shabby homes asking for $3 million in Harlem.  We expect the  final closing to be a little bit higher than the asking but this townhouse was definitely priced right in our opinion.  More in our past post: LINK
