Another one-bedroom rental apartment on Edgecombe Avenue just north of 144th Street at 211-215 Edgecombe Avenue has become available for $895 a month. We figure that this is probably a walk-up situation but most New Yorkers are used to that and those looking for affordable rents usually do not mind. We personally like this part of Harlem because of the proximity to the express trains and amenities by 145th Street.
Manhattanville Coffee just opened up this year just down the block and that is a definitely a big plus. More details on Streeteasy:
