REMEMBER: A THEATRE ON 116TH CIRCA 1959

Who can guess the location of this Loew's Theatre in Harlem taken circa 1959?  This is  during a time uptown where converted old movie palaces were still in business on almost every major intersection but  now Harlem only has one such venue situated in a new construction.  A more current photo will be posted later in the day.

ANSWER: Many correct guesses here since this is indeed 116th between Lenox and 7th Avenue.  The Baptist church that purchased the property evidently demolished the ornate lobby but the former theater section is still intact on the 115th Street side as can be seen in the lower photo.
