Happy Hour at Tia Luca, 131st and Lenox Avenue. Another Happy Hour pick for our summer drink list is the tapas eatery Tio Luca in Central Harlem. House drinks are $6 and beer at $5 with more food specials during the week. This corner space has great open windows and makes for a nice spot to enjoy the early evening.
