Number 326 Convent Avenue just south of 145th Street is still the record holder for highest asking price in 2015 since the listing debuted in February.  This single-family townhouse one of Manhattan's most breathtaking landmark blocks just a short walk away from express trains has been on the market since February for the asking of $4.95 million.   Properties uptown have not even broken the $4 million mark yet but a home that just closed in the past few weeks almost hit that number.    This is actually a better location than the aforementioned record seller and the interior has be renovated in a contextual way with high end finishes in more recent years.  More photos on the broker site: LINK
