After a slight price adjustment last week to $3.5 million, number 405 West 148th Street now has a contract out.  This sounds about right since large homes in historic districts with intact original details and better upgrades have been finding interested buyers in the past year at this price point.  Also the renovations of the bath and kitchen pay attention to the history of townhouse which a higher end home shopper appreciates and the location is just a couple of blocks from the coveted 145th Street express trains which gets one to midtown in 15 minutes.  Hamilton Heights probably has the quickest growth in better restaurants in the past year so the northern neighborhood is definitely one to watch out for in 2015.  More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
