DWELL: RENOVATIONS AT 721 ST. NICHOLAS

A Bespoke reader was wondering what was going on with the landmark 721 St. Nicholas Avenue building and we found some additional information for the Sugar Hill Townhouse by 146th Street.  Permits were filed for a residential conversion from the current 8 apartments into 4 units back in December and have just now been approved by the DOB along with the go ahead for obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.  This required city paperwork was authorized in the past couple of weeks things might just be moving along a lot quicker for the rest of 2015.
