An SRO at 314 West 138th Street is up on the market now for $1.5 million which also appears to be occupied at this point. This is definitely one of the nicer blocks in Central Harlem and is an easy walk to the trains station by St. Nicholas Park but dealing with getting a Certificate of Non Harassment might not be the best option for a first time home buyer. There are original details within but the interior looks like it needs lots of work:
