Back in March, Number 393 Convent Avenue had a contract out based on the asking of $3.5 million and the townhouse has finally sold. The rare corner building is a massive 23-foot-wide home which has some higher end finishes inside but could probably use a slight update in some areas. We also like the location since it is within a landmark block of Sugar Hill and just around the corner from the express train stations that gets one to midtown in less than 15 minutes. The listing has been marked sold on the broker site but the final closing price has yet to be confirmed:
