The famous Royal Tenenbaum House on the corner of 144th Street at Convent Avenue may never ever be for sale but the next door neighbor just to the right of the turreted townhouse has now arrived on the market for $4.325 million.  Number 337 Convent Avenue looks like it is part of the complex since everything was built by the same architect a century ago and is on one of the most beautiful blocks in the city. Original details are intact and tastefully restored within but the one catch here is that the certificate of occupancy is for a 6-family family.  Other than that, express trains on 145th Street will get you to midtown in less than 15 minutes and better business are really starting to pop up everywhere in the neighborhood.  More photos can be found on the broker site: LINK
