Number 329 Convent Avenue has just arrived on the market for the asking of $4.295 million this week and will be one to watch out for the remainder of 2015. The single-family home in the Hamilton Heights historic district is on prime lower Convent Avenue and has amazing restored details with modern updates. This gut renovation looks like a lot of money went into the finishes of the bathrooms and kitchen but somehow the end result is a little more moderate looking because of the somewhat dated aesthetics.
