After being available for just over 2 month at $4.295 million, 329 Convent Avenue has now been temporarily taken off market. This single-family home is within one of the best blocks of the Hamilton Heights historic district on the prime lower Convent Avenue but nothing has really reached the $4 million mark at this part of town in 2015. The restoration is on the higher end and a historic home with this much restored original detail is very rare in general. With that said, the aesthetics of the updated kitchen and bath could be a little bit better even though a lot has been invested in the new hard finishes. More on Streeteasy:
