UPDATE: We walked by the house today and noticed that the photo provided in the listing was inaccurate since the windows are all boarded up. 

A fixer upper at 452 West 153rd Street just arrived on the market for the asking of $1.5 million.  This 2-family townhouse located west of St. Nicholas Avenue in the northern reaches of the Sugar Hill Historic District has a lot of the original details within but could use a good polish and some better upgrades.  There is even an original stove on the lower level which is hard to  ind these days along with a rare claw foot tub in one of the bathrooms.  Location wise, the local subway stop is a couple of blocks north but there still is not much in the immediate area to do but better amenities are in walking distance.  More photos and details on Streeteasy: LINK
