SEE: HARLEM DECEMBER ROSES IN BLOOM

Harlem has become a major Rose District in the past few years and the mild weather has all of the local shrubs blooming in mid December.  When walking on Sugar Hill this past week, we noticed that Harlem's green spaces have been responding to the spring-like temperatures.  Parks, community gardens and potted brownstone plants appear to be thriving in the mild temperature.  January and February usually brings in the snow so enjoy the weather while it lasts!  More about  uptown's Heritage Rose Districts can be found in our past post: LINK
