When Inoue Sushi opened on Lenox at the corner of 129th Street this past August, we already knew by then that it would be the best to be had uptown.   Our end of the year Best Pick for 2015 went to the new arrival and the New York Times had an article posted up soon after.  A high end sushi spot might sound like a big gamble in Central Harlem but now it appears that it is now difficult to get a walk in seat since the sushi-ya is quite often full booked after all of the great press.  Those who want Edomae style sushi that is more traditional and a favorite with purists should make a reservation through Inoue's official website: LINK
