DWELL: 107 WEST 120TH STREET REDUCED

After arriving on the market last month for asking price of almost $5 million, Number 107 West 120th Street has now been reduced to $4.5 million.  As mentioned previously,  record closing in Hamilton Heights set at  $4.95 million probably had a lot to do with the dramatic original number but that home was restored in a single-family layout.  This particular brownstone is a nice size but has been chopped up into 6 units which probably means this is an SRO.  Higher end buyers know the value of the Mount Morris Park Historic District since the Whole Foods will be finishing up close by this year but those looking for to purchase a brownstone to convert into a family home know that prices are easily half of what this address is  going for.    More on the broker site: LINK
