The 20-foot-wide brownstone at 80 West 120th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District went up on the market back in March for $2.495 million and now has a contract out.  This 3-family home is chopped up into apartments and the listing does not have any interior photos so a lot of issues might be hidden inside.  With that said, the address is probably one of the most breathtaking blocks to found below 125th Street and Maya Angelou's house is just a few doors east.  Express trains and the forthcoming Whole Foods are just a short walk north and many restaurants can be found around the corner on Lenox.  More details on Streeteasy: LINK
